Bucks Run also services furnaces. I have used Bucks Run services for routine maintenance, thermostat installation and repairs. Kyle is very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. Nelson has an exceptional knowledge of furnaces and thermostats.
I had two thermostat installers (NOT Bucks Run employees) attempt to install a new thermostat. The first miswired my new thermostat and blew a fuse in my furnace. Since the fuse was blown, the second installer could not get the new thermostat to work and gave up. Nelson with an assistant determined that the fuse was blown and then rewired the thermostat successfully.
I cannot say enough good things about Bucks Run Oil.

I recently moved into a house that uses oil which is new for me, I had no idea about anything and I called and the person I spoke to was extremely patient answering all my questions and was even able to get me a rushed delivery the week of the snowstorm. I am extremely impressed as well as overall satisfied with their service. Well deserved 5 stars, I would recommend them to anyone who uses oil.

If I could give Bucks Run more stars I would. Our previous HVAC company would come out every year for “routine maintenance” and have to come back to blow the condenser line out (for an additional fee) a week later. This year left us a mess to clean up with a water leak from line being plugged.
From the first call inquiring about services offered, to scheduling and then the actual in home service of our HVAC unit in our attic, everyone at Bucks Run was professional, caring and went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. And the biggest surprise was their price was less than a “routine maintenance” from the previous company we used, even less than when they would just come out to blow the condenser line out.

I’ve had the same oil company for many years. Today I decided to try Bucks Run because my former oil company was very difficult to reach and in cold weather you’re at their mercy to show up.

I called Bucks Run and they quickly set my new account up. Five minutes later my first oil delivery was scheduled. They were very polite and easy to do business with. Pending all goes well with my first delivery they will have themselves a new customer. Great service and competitive prices.
